Stuart J. Logan has over 25 years of experience researching and analyzing class action decisions. Prior to starting Class Action Attorney Fee Digest, he served as Associate Editor of Class Action ReportsTM from 1986-2004. He took over as its Editor-in-Chief from 2004-2006 until it was sold. Mr. Logan’s knowledge and expertise in tracking, obtaining, and analyzing attorney fee awards makes him uniquely qualified to serve as Editor-in-Chief. He is a member of the Maryland bar.
